Accessibility

Marysville 250 aims to make its community history and event information usable with keyboards, screen readers, zoom, and a range of devices.

Commitment

Access is part of preserving and sharing public history.

The site is designed with semantic headings, keyboard-operable navigation, visible focus indicators, responsive layouts, image descriptions, labeled tables, and support for reduced-motion and light or dark color preferences.

The project uses WCAG 2.2 Level AA as its practical target. Historical documents and third-party services may not always meet that standard, so an accessible text summary or direct link is provided where possible.

Feedback

Tell us what is getting in the way.

Include the page address, what you were trying to do, the device or assistive technology involved, and the format that would work better. Do not include sensitive personal information because reports are public.
